Nelson unveils “Low Rider” double drop trailer

Nelson Manufacturing unveils its new “Low Rider” double drop trailer. This refined lighter weight design features deck heights as low as 11 inches. The new “sandwich” style mainframe allows for significant weight savings compared to a standard (4) beam deck while also reducing deflection. The centre deck is coated with anti-slip paint to prevent personnel from slipping on this surface when loading and unloading.

Like all Nelson trailers, these units are custom built to specifications to better fit demanding needs. A non-ground bearing hydraulic gooseneck or a mechanical removable gooseneck are both available on the “Low Rider.” This trailer is available in various capacities, deck lengths and axle configurations.
