The Northeastern Ontario Construction Association (NOCA) has new leadership, with Mark Kivinen taking the reins of the organization as executive director, and former vice-president Malcolm Croskery now president of the board.

Croskery brings 27 years of industry experience to the role, and is the current chief operating officer at Pioneer Construction and Fisher Wavy, a position he’s held for the last seven years.

Kivinen has worked in construction for two decades and has served as branch manager of AlumaSafway for 17 years. A NOCA board director for six years, Kivinen is also a director with the Construction Labour Relations Association of Ontario.
