INDEPENDENCE, OH – North American crane rental house ALL Crane is set to receive the first delivery of Liebherr’s new LRT 1130-2.1 rough terrain (RT) crane.

The LRT 1130-2.1 has a strongest-in-class 140-USt capacity and the longest telescopic boom of any two-axle machine in the world at 197 ft. The crane also boasts the most economical transport dimensions for its performance class, able to be transported on conventional low loaders anywhere in the world.

Liebherr developed this solution for applications requiring a solid load chart, long boom and the need to fit into tight spaces; basing the LRT 1130-2.1’s design off of input from its RT crane clients including ALL.

ALL is set to receive the first five units of this machine early this year. Liebherr is excited for their newest all terrain solution to debut through the rental house, especially as rough terrain cranes grow in popularity across the North American market.

“Larger RTs have become a phenomenon in the past 10 to 15 years,” said Brian Peretin, general manager of sales for the mobile and crawler cranes division of Liebherr USA. “They offer many of the same features of all terrain cranes, but with a smaller footprint, pick-and-carry capabilities, and a smaller cash outlay.”
