ARLUNO, Italy – Raimondi has named Luigi Maggioni to the role of chief executive office for the company and its many subsidiaries across international crane and heavy lifting markets.

Maggioni’s immediate focus as CEO, according to a press release, is to work toward building out the company’s digital operations and maximizing production volumes. He succeeds Diego Borgna in the role, who has served the company since July 2021.

Most recently, Maggioni served as chief transformation officer of TK Elevator for nearly six years. His career began in Italy’s financial sector, serving in roles for Price Waterhouse Cooper Italy, Thyssenkrupp and the New York Stock Exchange.

“I am proud to be joining a heritage entity like Raimondi, founded on a prestigious past,” Maggioni said. “The passion, vigour and determination, coupled with a strategic business development plan of action, will facilitate the internationalization of the brand while increasing the market share.”
