Get your cranes on our cover! Our annual photo contest is back

The 2023 photo contest winner was Justin McConnell’s photo of a Potain MD 310B crane at a two-condo site in Hamilton, Ont., which was being dismantled by Gabrielli Crane Erectors, run by the project manager Luis Correia. What’s on the cover of our September issue? It could be you!
Our annual photo contest is back, which means Crane & Hoist and the CCRA are on the lookout for your pictures celebrating what Canada’s heavy lifting sector is capable of.
The winning photo will take the cover of our September/October 2024 issue, with other entries highlighted throughout the magazine. Joining in is easy, just send your photos to editor Jack Burton at jburton@annexbusinessmedia.com by August 2, 2024.
Make sure to include when and where the photo was taken, along with the model of the crane featured and some background on the pictured project. Photos must feature a crane or the view from a crane and taken between 2022 and 2024.
Working in the crane and heavy lifting sector, your view of the world is one of a kind. Our photo contest is the perfect opportunity to show off that perspective, along with the projects and machines that make your work possible.
