SC&RA leaders meet to plan for the future

SC&RA leaders met this week at its headquarters for a strategic planning session.

The process was facilitated by Harrison Coerver, a 40-year veteran in the association management community that has worked with more than 1,000 associations on strategic planning, membership and other related campaigns.

As a best practice, SC&RA has undertaken strategic planning every five years to evaluate progress on set goals, explore trends and opportunities for growth, and address ways to meet changing member needs.

Those in attendance included: Gary Stang, Anderson Trucking Service; Tom Bennington, Duncan Machinery Movers; Jay Folladori, Bennett International Group; Ken Goddard, International Industrial Contracting; Denise Claton, Midwest Specialized Transportation; Jim Sever, PSC Crane & Rigging; Sean Claton, Midwest Specialized Transportation; Bill Stramer, Link-Belt Cranes; and Michael Battaini, Sheedy Drayage.
