OETIO (Operating Engineers Training Institute of Ontario), Local 793 of the IUOE, operates two training facilities in Canada, offering crane operator, heavy equipment, and construction safety training programs. When OETIO modernized their training classroom with Vortex simulators and instructor stations for operator training, the company said the benefits ranged from faster practical training time to increased trainee engagement and more.
