AEM subsidiary HAI welcomes new vice-president and COO

Milwaukee – Hargrove & Associates (HAI) appointed Todd Snell as the company’s new vice-president and chief operating officer, effective January 1.

A familiar face within the AEM community, Snell previously served as a lead representative of Deere & Company in the AEM Statistics Program for more than seven years before his retirement from the company in early 2020. He brings a wealth of experience in market data exchange programs to HAI, having been both a participant and member governance lead.

“Todd’s proven skills, along with his familiarity with HAI’s business and culture, make him the perfect fit for this important role on our leadership team,” said HAI President and CEO/CTO Brian Seebacher. “His leadership ability and keen insights will be tremendous assets for HAI as we look to strengthen and grow our business in the years ahead.”

In his new role at HAI, Snell will serve as the strategic lead on company sales, marketing, competitive research, and pricing initiatives, emphasizing business growth and development. He will also oversee HAI’s Association Managed Services and Consulting practices’ daily operations, including serving as the lead business analyst and account manager for the company’s AEM Statistics Program engagement.
